About the Speaker
Mona began her career as the only woman working in an oil facility in Iran—an early encounter with workplace discrimination that sparked her interest in human behavior and She became a recognized QEHS supervisor, earned her MBA, and later moved to Norway, where she advanced into leadership positions at Siemens Energy. In 2021, she left corporate leadership to focus on mindset transformation and founded Dynamic Mindset.
Today, with over 55,000 followers, she creates neuroscience-based content and delivers educational programs in both Persian and English, helping people and organizations deliver extraordinary results without compromising authenticity or well-being.
